• For each reservation through Aparthotel Adeo's website/e-mail, we guarantee the lowest online price.
  • For "7 Day Cancellation" policy reservations payment is done during your stay at the hotel (cash/credit card)... For "Non-Refundable" policy reservations payment is done in advance (credit card or bank wire-transfer).
  • Credit card data is used to guarantee for booking, but may also be used for preauthorization and prepayment transactions (for non-refundable reservations).
  • American Express is not accepted.
  • For stays without previously made reservations, the prices and conditions in accordance with the valid price list on the reception apply.
  • Included in the apartment price are: bed linen, electricity and water consumption, kitchenware and tableware, cleaning materials, weekly change of bed linen and final cleaning.
  • Pets are allowed only on request. Charges may apply.
  • Smoking is strictly prohibited.
  • Parking is included in the accommodation price.
  • Check-in time: after 14:00.
  • Check-out time: until 10:00.

"7 Day Cancellation" reservations policy
  • No prepayment necessary.
  • The guest can cancel free of charge until 7 days before arrival.
  • The guest will be charged the first night if they cancel in the 7 days before arrival.
  • If the guest doesn’t show up they will be charged the total price.
  • Credit card data is required only as a guarantee for the reservation.
"Non-Refundable" reservations policy
  • This reservations are non-refundable.
  • The guest will be charged with a prepayment for the total cost of stay.
  • The guest will be charged the total price if they cancel at any time.
  • The guest will be charged the total price in case of no-show.
